Exporting the Palette

Color Wheel Pro exports the palette in ACO, ACT and GIF formats. This lets you save the palette and use it with image editors and other programs.

Palette Export

To export the palette:

Select Palette from the Preview As drop-down menu.
Click Export Palette (or select Preview > Export Palette from the menu).
In the Save As window, enter a filename, select a format and click Save.

Software that can import .ACO and .ACT files

ACO (Color Swatches):

Corel Draw.
Corel PhotoPaint.
Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe ImageReady.

ACT (Color Table):

Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe ImageReady.
Adobe Fireworks.
Adobe Flash.

To load the palette, refer to the Help file of the software you want to import the palette into.
